We stand behind the quality of our freelance contract templates and digital products. However, due to the instant delivery of our digital items, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

When Are Refunds Considered?

We may issue refunds only in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• You accidentally purchased the same template multiple times.
• The digital file is corrupt, and we are unable to provide a working version.

Non-Refundable Situations

• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You no longer need the product.
• You misunderstood the product description before purchasing.
• You failed to download the template before the link expired.

How to Request a Refund
